Structural Inspection — Dwelling & Retaining Wall

The owner requested an inspection of the dwelling and an existing masonry retaining wall following concerns regarding the condition of the structures.

The dwelling was found to be in sound structural condition, with no significant structural defects identified. The existing retaining wall was also found to be performing satisfactorily, with no significant signs of instability or structural distress observed at the time of inspection. The retaining wall was considered with reference to AS 4678 — Earth-retaining structures and AS 3700 — Masonry structures.
