Dilapidation Report — Pre and Post Demolition

A site developer engaged Saymex to carry out pre- and post-demolition dilapidation reporting on an adjacent building, a neighbouring shopping centre and driveway, and surrounding council assets ahead of demolition works.

Comparing the pre-demolition survey (16 May 2024) against the post-demolition inspection (10 August 2025), condition was largely unchanged, with only pre-existing minor cracking noted throughout. The one exception was a section of council footpath near the site frontage, where a proper concrete reinstatement had not been carried out, an asphalt patch left in its place instead.
