A strata manager engaged Saymex to investigate the cause of a ceiling collapse in a top-floor unit, following water ingress from the roof above.
What We Found
The ceiling failure was attributed to water ingress through the roof, which had saturated and progressively weakened the ceiling structure over time.
What We Provided
A defect causation report identifying the source and cause of the water ingress, together with a scope of works for the necessary remedial repairs.
